A new mobile application and online payment website were launched by Ajman Sewerage to further enhance customer experience and to enable the customers to benefit from the company’s services remotely.

Access to Ajman Sewerage’s services just got easier for Ajman residents, following the development and activation of both Ajman Sewerage’s mobile application and e-payment system on the company website. These customer-oriented initiatives aim to deliver and give access to the company’s services remotely and at the comfort of the customers’ home or workplace. It also signals a confirmed move towards the streamlining of Ajman Sewerage’s service and transactions delivery with convenient, safe and time saving options.

These free applications, available on any connected computer or iOS/Android smartphone, will be tools for Ajman Sewerage’s customers to make their transactions remotely as it will allow them not only to view and pay their invoices instantly but also to benefit from other services such as submitting and tracking their requests, reporting any issue and being with the company’s latest news.

ASPCL General Manager Christophe Ledur revealed that regular requests from customers was one of the key drivers for setting up remote and reliable interactive channels that will efficiently cater to the expanding customer base and allow them to benefit from the company’s services remotely.

These two new platforms will complement other channels that Ajman Sewerage already in place such as the payment kiosks spread over strategic commercial centres in the UAE and through partnerships with UAE Exchange, Al Ansari Exchange, Ajman Bank and Dubai Islamic Bank.
